Prototype Routes Without Full Die Cost
For one to twenty pieces, an open die pre-form machined to the drawing gives correct material and heat treatment condition at a fraction of tooling cost. For twenty to two hundred, a simplified single-impression die often bridges the gap to production tooling.

Design Feedback Before You Commit
During prototyping we flag the features that will cause trouble at volume — insufficient draft, sharp internal corners, unfillable thin webs, parting line placement that cuts across the load path. Fixing them at prototype stage costs a drawing revision; fixing them later costs a die.
Path to Production
Once the prototype is approved, the same team designs the production die, so the knowledge gained during sampling carries directly into tooling rather than being re-learned by a different supplier.
